I calculate rates using 2020 census data and assign a Poisson error (using sqrt approximation). Cities with an asterisk don't have full year data and are annualized from partial year data (up to a month; I ignored cities with less complete data). Increases are bolded (even if statistically not significant, I was too lazy to calculate errors on the fractional change). Note that previous year is also annualized if current year, even though in principle more accurate figures are available (but I didn't go to the trouble of that).
