that makes sense then. i wonder what those NYC condo towers do. those super tall ones on billionaires row. if they have low-rise and high-rise banks then i can see it happening here. though if they dont, then i dont see why on earth we would do it here...

it probably depends on what take sup the least amount of floor space in the building.
if i was the developer i would go with whatever option gave me the most sqft available for units.

since when do developers care about what it is like after the sell the unit?
