Unfortunately, thanks to Covid, there's an abundance of low rent/old retail space available for merchants. Downtown Winnipeg has a lot of smaller/older/cheaper buildings everywhere in the 1-3 story range. What downtown Winnipeg doesn't have is amazing density! I think this is a welcome change!
