I slept till 3 this afternoon.

Granted, I had worked over 50 hrs in the last four days at my bar. We were a venue for the UMS. It's a pretty cool fest and we had some good bands come through. Plus I got dates this week with every UMS girl who was volunteering and sat next to me.

One of them is 21, half Korean, and totally smokin hot. Way hotter than a Brazilian chick.

^ I've almost bought O'Fallon beer before, but I guess it's one of the rare midwest breweries that I have yet to try. I guess I don't want to buy a whole six-pack of something that I may not like and I haven't seen it on tap at the local bars.

That said, I detest fruit flavored beers - even shandys. I'm okay with some orange peel spiced brews or brews that can be served with orange slices (Bell's Oberon), but that's it. Anything with berries or other strong fruit flavors I can't get past the first sip.

I bought a 4-pack of this a few years back. It was absolutely disgusting. That was 3 cans down the drain.

Adrian lives in a closet in a house full of gay people. That photo is at the Hacker Space he hangs out all the time, which is in a warehouse. But that room is the classroom part of it.

We had this discussion last month in the Post Your Photo thread.

I used to drink those, well not the lite one. I really like Clamato anyway.

Regular Clamato makes a good bloody mary and to make a good bloody mary a little beer is needed, so I would use those, and drink the rest from the can.

Clamato is very popular with the hispanic community btw and that is who that flavor is mostly marketed toward.

Just coded almost 200 lines in python and managed to get it almost working. Woo hoo!!

Also, if Detroit experiences another 25% drop in population like last Census, 2020 will have it at 535,000 people and likely at 35th place or even lower. 20% would still be 571,000 and below 30th place. Ouch.

i kneel before the dumb, awesome power of the universe.

if you are lucky enough to start with enough energy, and able to sustain it in your fragile human capsule: you throw enough brute energy in the same direction long enough and something will come out, it may not be what you expect but something will come out.

the universe is a big dumb innocent dog that can love you or take you down; it's not inherently evil or good, just powerful, and you have some control over it not everything.

nothing ever came out of a gutted mine.

I've intentionally let myself go to shit over the past year, yet I'm being sexually harassed by a 40+ year-old co-worker. FML

And no, I am not impressed when a woman walks into my office pervertedly sucking on a pickle.
