The temporary steps were open so I had a chance to get a few pics from places I can't normally get to (last 5 pics).

Thanks.

In the last shot you can see where the permanent stairs will be under the overhang of the building.
You can tell by the diagonal concrete stair "railing" wall.
Looks like it narrows when it reaches the stadium concourse due to the concourse stairs (pinch point?)
The dark opening to the left of the temporary stair will be the service entrance for stadium & casino hotel loading bays.

There's still the stadium facing spandrel we are waiting to see... I feel like the person who keeps sneaking in this seafoam spandrel is some petty idiot behind a desk with vested interests and no aesthetic skills.

This is a coppertone cowering in a sea of seafoams.

Few photos from previous Sunday. This building will really be licking the roof of BC Place. It's that close.

I was real excited to see the new glazing in real life and I wasn't disappointed. It looks absolutely amazing and is the most exciting thing in Downtown right now. A big thumbs up!

Streetscape is going to look great and I think they will be mastering the scale of the "podium". So far everything looks excellent and together with One Pacific the entertainment complex is having some great potential.

Thanks!

That shot explains the curvey protrusions on the lower levels
- they'll continue up into the tower.
I don't think there's a rendering of that angle of the building showing the curved facade

What a terrific addition to downtown. Not surprised to see the glazing work so well - everything acdf Architects touches is gold.

Sweet!

Thanks!

PS - just noticed that the escalators are arranged for a circuitous route around the atrium rim through the casino floor.
