Ugh regarding framework. The city needs to stop with these stupid setbacks at the top. If they do insist on them they could at least use the same materials as the rest of the building instead of (in this case painted orange concrete)

Contrast framework with Albert block which has no ridiculous setbacks at the top. Way better!!

Interesting as they want more retail ground floors with mezzanine levels, and second floor office space, as opposed to just one floor of retail and then all residential use.

A pleasant "midtown" feeling developing here, IMO. Nice streetscape. Were such stretscapes continued in less danse areas, the overall effect would be
a homgeoneous density increase that would invite the possibilites of developing character streetscapes and neighbourhood ambience.

Bosa has opened their new cafe, deli and grocer in the bottom of Bluesky Chinatown... Dalina.

Very nice space, and definitely a sign of transformation in the neighbourhood.

I didn't expect 450 Gore to be woodframe.
It should still look good with brick cladding though.
