Marquis Developments has started pouring the foundation walls in their new small development in west London called Hidden Hills West just south of the new roundabout.

They have 36 SFH lots available.

They have now got framing well under way for 3 houses in this small development called Hidden Hills West. Not sure if they are all model homes or have been sold.

Current owners of the Applewood draft subdivision plan have applied for a 4 year extension as the previous application lapsed in Aug 2025. Reads like they are looking at selling some of it off as well.

This was the large subdivision planned for the NW corner of Adelaide and Sunningdale. Given the current collapse of new home construction its unlikely any work will be happening on this new subdivision for a few years.

York is looking for a 6 year extension to the draft subdivision plan.

3700 Colonel Talbot Road and 3645 Bostwick Road

https://london.ca/sites/default/files/2026-03/T17503-NoticeDAExtension.pdf

A number of subdivisions in the region are stalled due to the slowdown in sales and construction activity and will not see any activity so they are applying for approval extensions to avoid a lapse.

A new subdivision is proposed south of Exeter Road, east of White Oak Road and north of Dingman Drive.

https://london.ca/business-development/p...anning-applications/391-437-exeter-rd-55

Here is a current concept plan. Dark red is mixed-use high density, brown is high density, orange is medium density, yellow is low-density, and blue is stormwater management.

Interesting combination of both residential and commercial zoning proposals for these lands. Would have thought they would have stayed commercial and light industrial.

Bluestone Properties is one of the applicants.

Sifton has started framing of one story residential units in Dorchester in their Hawthorne subdivision.

On the map below they are called Dorchester Terrace Villas. Appear to be setup for retirement rentals.

LFP article on the proposed mixed use sub division in south London.

More than 6,000 homes may rise in south London as a group of landowners proposes a large development between Exeter Road and Dingman Drive.

https://lfpress.com/news/local-news/plan...uth-london-land-zoned-for-industrial-use

This is a long range plan that if approved in some form will take decades to build out.

1899 North Routledge Park & 1790 Blue Heron Drive

A new subdivision is proposed in the Hyde Park area in the vacant lands to the west of Hyde Park Road near the Mandarin plaza. These lands were designated as light industrial until last year.

Draft Plan of Subdivision to allow:
  • A residential subdivision consisting of a mix of single detached and semi-detached dwellings, amid-rise apartment building, a “Future Development” block, parkland/open space, pedestrian connections and servicing right-of-way blocks.
  • The extension of North Routledge Park, and the creation of two new municipal right-of-way (Street ‘A’ and Street ‘B’).
