It is good to see this coming along. Things have been somewhat quiet by Coquitlam centre area, with Burquitlam soaking up most of the development dollars in the area for the last few years.

Thanks for the updates. That crane is surprising, they aren't very deep.

Very high water table here. The Sophora tower (pictured in the background) has mostly above ground parking
