Drove by it yesterday - Jan 09, 2026

With upcoming longer daylight, yesterday was probably the last time I see it in this light, until next winter.
I like the lighting, not sure if that is perminate or if those are balcony lights all turned on by the developer for show and if there are more lighting features still to come.

The timestamp on that gif should read one hour earlier, I never adjusted the time on my dashcam.

I doubt there's any lighting feature on this building. I know the balconies have pot lights but not sure if those square looking light is just some reflection off the balcony glass?

When driving on HWY 1, the whole building is lit up and it looks like those lights are regular lights from within the units themselves, no a lighting feature.
