They're above grade now, not sure what floor exactly, one of the first few IIRC.

Google Streetview shows it above ground back in June and the first floor columns going up in May.

I'm there Monday to Friday, except stat holidays. I was on the deck of the west tower Wednesday and Thursday and I think it's at the 6th level on that tower now
