We're not sure yet if the tower will be 930 FT agl, or 1,044 FT agl.

930 FT. I wouldn't rely on FAA applications as they can apply for the tallest height in case floor counts change, and in this case floor counts stayed the same. I checked the construction permit and it doesn't necessarily outline a height, as it typically does for other projects unfortunately. If we're going for 1,044 that works for me anyway
