Revised plans have been filed for a mixed-use tower at 11 North Andrews Avenue in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Cube3 and developed by Bachow Ventures in partnership with Infinity Collective, the proposal now calls for a 27-story building rising approximately 294 feet at the northwest corner of Broward Boulevard and North Andrews Avenue. The building would yield 560,217 gross square feet and include 378 multifamily residential units and approximately 5,605 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, with 382,595 square feet dedicated to residential uses and 172,017 square feet allocated to the structured parking garage.

IMO nothing special other than girth/filler, however, it's way better than the Goodyear car shop currently there in the heart of downtown. Although the base will have some retail, that podium is very 60s brutalist/utilitarian looking.

The proportions were way better with the original floor count. Better than nothing I guess.
