If this is accurate, then this is completely news to me as I can't find anywhere online that this is an Auburn project, unless Cridon is an Auburn subsidiary (like we see for other big local developers) or there was a recent land sale.
Correct, Cridon is part of Auburn like you'd see with other developers. The founder was Don Crich, so you can see where the name came from.

Interesting to see Stonerise Construction signs up on the fencing for these future 9s buildings. They look like they have worked with Auburn in the past on its KW projects.

Have started installing membrane and a base layer of concrete on the NW corner of the pit for the first tower buildings. There will be one level of underground parking above a large floating raft slab foundation. Ground water is an issue here and they have large diesel pumps pulling water out of the ground.

Auburn Developments has now setup a mini tower crane on the west side of the property. Odd that they have gone with a mini tower crane rather than a typical full size one.

Auburn has set a tower crane base where they are now forming a large foundation slab. The mini tower crane might only be temporary until they can setup the full sized tower crane.

Milestone day as the 1st of two tower cranes being assembled today. The west building A tower crane being put up by a large mobile crane. Building B tower crane will likely be assembled later this fall. They have also poured another large section of 5ft thick foundation slab.

Have started forming and pouring the L1 walls around the perimeter of the pit on the west end. L1 posts continue to be formed and poured on the west end. Another section of foundation slab has been poured and steel rebar for the next section is well along as they work their way to the east side of the pit and building B.

Wrapping up the steel rebar for the next section of floating raft slab along the north side of the pit. Still have alot of foundation slab to pour along the north side towards the east end of the pit. Forming has started for the ground floor slab in the SW corner now as they are also making progress with L1 walls and posts.

Pouring another section of ground floor slab today with concrete pump truck and parade of cement trucks. Still have alot of L1 walls and posts to form and pour along the north and east sides of pit where tower 2 will be. Still have floating raft slab to form along the north side of pit. Temporary mini tower crane is still in place with no sign of second tower crane prep.

First wall forms going up in the SW corner of the west 9s building. Little progress on the L1 walls or foundation slab in the NE corner of the pit.

Now prepping the 2nd tower crane base for the east building 2. Should see the concrete slab poured this week followed by the tower crane assembly soon. The small temp mini tower crane will be removed soon.

They have now poured a section of raft slab under the 2nd tower crane base. Might see the tower crane assembled next week and the small mini tower crane removed. Working on the ground floor walls and posts of the west 9s building still and forming has started for the 2nd floor slab.
