Phase 2 is now under construction (I've attached the render for it as well). Pretty typical affordable housing midrise we're seeing pop up throughout the city.

Drove past this evening and the second (newer) building looks like it's topped out and ready for insulation and cladding. The first may be ready for its final exterior.
