They have now got some of the foundation footings poured for the west end 5s building. They have poured some of the 2nd floor posts in the NE end of the 6s retirement building and are starting to form 3rd floor walls and posts on the south end. Now that they are above ground this 6s building should go up a floor every month.

Have now completed the 4th floor slab pour. Have got most of the 4th floor walls and posts formed and poured on the north-south wing. The 5s apartment building immediately east has nearly completed the ground floor concrete block walls and they are installing structural steel posts as well. Suspect they might use precast floor slabs for the floors and the combination of structural steel posts and concrete blocks.

The 6s retirement building now has the roof slab formed on the south end and the north wing has started forming for the 6th floor walls and posts. The 5s rental building to the east now has the south end 3rd floor concrete block walls built and they have started building the 3rd floor concrete block walls for the north wing. Quite alot of the townhouses on the south side of this property are now fully framed out as well.

Forming posts for the mechanical penthouse on the 6s retirement building now. Exterior wall framing is started on the lower floors. The 5s apartment building to the east is now getting the 4th floor concrete block walls built with about 60% now done. The townhouses on the south side are really moving along with only a few left to finish framing for the 2nd floors and roof.
