Any updates?

…and/or does anyone know how to look up official plans like height (on NYC department of buildings website somewhere?)

looks like they are on the 2nd floor of this building, not sure if they are going to continue to build on out towards 50th Ave or not?

They are on the third floor now but what I don't understand is it looks like they are not building out to the sidewalk on 50th Ave in the middle?

^ That's because the Steinway Tunnels (7 Train - Flushing Line) cuts across the lot at an angle. That's the ventilation building set back from the sidewalk further up on the left. Because of the tubes they can't construct a traditional foundation with cellar over it. They will use some sort of precision drilled caisson with an on-grade slab that essentially floats the low-rise base structure above that portion of the site.
