I know this is a bit off-topic but here's another picture with the taller Station Square tower included for height comparison purposes



Just imagine the entire north side of Kingsway being converted into towers within the next years

for some reason I'm really looking forward to this one. out of this newer generation of towers this has one of the better designs imo.

Yeah, the rental tower is going up quickly. It is incredible how they are able to fit two towers on this small lot and the floor plate of the rental tower is very small. It will be a very slim tower once built.

Sussex itself is taking its time before starting to rise. There hasn't been much visible progress in the last few months, but that is about to change.

Never really clued in that this was on the North side of Kingsway, it's been ages since something interesting went up there. I guess Sovereign was the last project of note on that side of the street.
