I think at about 500m from SkyTrain you'd get the same in any jurisdiction outside Vancouver.

And in terms of density, many in Burnaby are lower. Some are the same. Some are higher, (as they are on sites in Vancouver). For example, Slate, on Lougheed. Exactly the same density as the W2nd project. 5.0 FSR (but with 46 storeys).
