Brickell World Plaza Garage And Retail Nearly Topped Off

A 12-story garage and retail project being built next to Brickell City Centre is nearly topped off.
The project is part of a multi phase development known as Brickell World Plaza.
The current phase that is under construction will include 478 parking spaces. The first two levels will be lined with 15,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
The structure includes 1 story below ground connected to the existing 600 Brickell World Plaza Tower garage, and 12 stories above ground.
A public plaza is also being built next to the garage. It will eventually be replaced with a 904-foot hotel and condo tower.
