Good amount of commercial and setback at the sidewalk!

I've been waiting for a new Shoppers/LCBO/Starbucks. We don't have enough yet!

Love to see a building with a distinctive roof line. A rare and welcomed site in Ottawa.

These design update look great. It's gonna be a really interesting block or two once these towers are all complete and the LRT is up and running. The skyline diagram is particularly interesting. Refreshing to see planners looking at the neighbourhood as a whole rather than individual sites.

A nice pairing with Metropole across the street which has THE most distinctive roof line in Ottawa.

It's too bad the City didn't sell air rights for Westboro Station... such a great location.

The City has done 0 effort integrating stations in new buildings. The original Cleary location was for one begging for an integrated tower. Very disappointed.'

I do hope we one day sell air rights over the Scott Street trench and cover other sections with parks. I would love to see the two sides be unified.

Fencing now encompasses the entire site. Demolition of all existing buildings is starting soon.

Based on the most recent submissions perhaps a moderator should update this to 26 stories.

I'm guessing rental. Very few condos are being built nowadays.

The demolition company signs have been posted. The construction office trailer is on-site. Demolition should start soon.

The owners have finalized tweaks to the original Zoning approval for this 318-unit, 26-storey mixed-use building and have received demolition permission. Demolition is anticipated to begin in mid-late December, and substantial construction in February.

Good. This should be a solid addition to the Westboro skyline. Not quite as good as Metropole, but far better than other buildings proposed or u/c.
