It still looks ok but the previous design was much much nicer.

Ugh, this piece of crap is one I wish had stayed on the drawing board.
The previous design looked great. When they changed it to this my interest in it vanished. I hope it doesn't move forward as is.

I agree, but unfortunately it looks like it is moving forward, if koops's reports of site prep are accurate. We can only hope it looks better in reality than in the renders, because at that size and breadth it has the potential to be a real blight.

I still can't believe such a massive tower is U/C with no sales to speak of yet.
Since the last update, there's been some work made with excavation, although Cresford, who was developing the site went under....so the future of this project is unknown...until they find a buyer for the site. If they do find a buyer, I believe the site can resume construction...but for now I suspect this'll be dormant for a while....I took this today Downtown Construction, late July by Draulerin Photographics, on Flickr
