Hopefully this healthcare-related development will continue to push north eating up all those brownfields towards Burlington St.

Those brownfields have a lot of potential as new business parks - maybe some bio-medical companies would see a benefit to locating near the hospital and health buildings.

Hopefully the redevelopment of the Studebaker factory land and the Siemens plant are just the beginning.

I think I remember reading that the developer of the Studebaker land is indeed targeting the healthcare industry. It'll be down to them to market it properly.

Amazed at how quickly this went up. I wonder if Mac's other downtown campus will pop up this quickly. Guess it depends on if the money is there
