It seeems to me that the rendering on page 8 of Les Affaires is the same project (same site and general look) but without the Telus marking on the building.

The Holiday Inn isn't an architectural masterpiece but all-in-all I like it better than this rendering. Agreed that at 40 or 50 storeys, this design might have been my preference.
