If the top dormer things have been incorporated better I'd say the building was pretty well perfect at what it is. With them looking a little akward it drops down to a 9/10.

shows you don't need to let people park on their front lawns to get good infill. Ahem the Corktowns project.

If I remember correctly the city forced the Corktowns to do that, it wasn't want the developpers planned.

These are on a much bigger lot as well, allowing for rear parking

Another big plus to these units that the Corktowns unfortunately lack (mostly due to the parking) is front landscaping. You can see in the pictures that they've cast front flowerbeds in with the stairs between the entrances. They'll look really excellent when they're planted.

These are definitely completed now. I saw two units that were definitely occupied. No landscaping as of yet aside from grass, but I'd imagine that'll come in the spring.

Funny I just walked by these last night and thought we were overdue for an update here! I was inside a finished lower level unit a couple weeks ago. The layout is interesting - the main floor condo owns the basement and the rear part of the second floor. The second floor condo owns the front of the second floor and the entire 3rd. I have not seen an upper unit yet but I'd like to :-)

They look great in my opinion. Could have been a bit more daring with the colour choices for the exterior, but I love the scale in the neighbourhood. Along with the Corktown & Wilson street townhomes, I wouldn't mind seeing more of these in the lower city as well. Great infill.
