Thanks

Can you do us a favor and change the title of the project from "Drexel University Chestnut Street Dorm" to "Chestnut Square." Chestnut Square is the official name of this project.

This one is going up quick as well.

The 19 story section will be imposing and Brandywine is supposed to start the Cira South(smaller of the 2 towers) this year. Thats a block or 2 to the east.

Did anyone get a picture of the steel column that fell off the building and was sticking out of the superintendent's trailer today? I heard that there was no injuries in the accident.

Yes they will and didnt I read somewhere that the smaller of the 2 Cira South Towers (25-30 stories) was planning on starting this fall?

Apparently

That's what Brandywine claims, since the smaller tower will be residential. The larger tower will be an office building and will obviously not start construction until Brandywine finds an anchor tenant or tenants.

The one thing I have to say about the developments in Philadelphia, is that I admire their use of steelframe construction.
