Well one of the towers is curved, that is for sure. City doesn't seem to have too many objections outside of spacing of the towers. If push comes to shove we will get taller and slimmer towers to comply with the city's design request.

I'm looking for a late Spring/Early Summer 2012 lanuch for sales.

but this will be Toronto's headlining building. a twin tower that is surrounded in balconies, and judging by the unit count, filled with 500sqft units that are aimed at investors. this would be fine sitting in in the suburbs, but considering this will frame the toronto skyline until it gets torn down, this is utter rubbish.

This is getting chronic. The city needs to introduce a bill that would restrict the amount of balconies a develop can integrate per sf.

I don't see a problem with having balconies. To me it doesn't diminish the project.

It's just more downtown filler. The office tower would look better if it had another 20 stories, and the residential towers will just be lost amongst the many other condo towers in that area.

Meh, the cylindrical tower looks like a 70-story barber pole. The office tower looks promising, though. Those cutouts look a bit haphazard, but it's an acceptable variation on the standard box.
