Just popped my own render cherry. Obviously not the highest quality, found the pic somewhere on this forum months ago. But yeah, hope y'all like it!

From left - right: Alt, CMHR, Convention Center Tower, Jane.

hmmm, my picture appears to not be... appearing.

Well, here's the link to it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/66175113@N06/6024211102/

if anyone could help teach me how to get it to work, that would be awesome!

Actually , it wasn't a comment about 1ajs' spelling , it was a legitimate question . I inferred that he was suggesting there was a slight design change which I thought was an exciting possibility .

Otherwise , what correction ? I made no correction at all and I've become rather astute for the most part at reading 1ajs' writing . That's why I was simply asking a question which , now that you know my reason for asking it , is perhaps a question that you also would have asked .
Besides , where are the spelling errors I made to substantiate your claim that I'm a pot calling a kettle black ?

It's ok I was just joking around with you. Before another unnecessary argument begins in the forum (as there have been a lot lately) I will just throw in the towel and apologize for the harsh words. I was just kidding, when stating what I did, simply for the reason that we have all become pretty good at reading 1ajs's sentences. And some people raz him pretty hard when it isn't his fault, so I replied not knowing if you were serious or not. Now knowing you weren't I apologize.

Here's an updated one. Added Heritage Landing (not too sure if the location is correct but thought it looked nice and switched the paint program Convention Centre Hotel with the top half of a proposed project from the Bloor-Yonge area of Toronto.

Not to bad for my first/second rendering ever!

That's the convention centre hotel. Do you by any chance know if Heritage Landing is supposed to fit in from this vantage point? I just put it in cause it looks nice

Thanks a lot 1ajs! Yeah it must be a bit old. But thought it was still a beautiful pic of the peg.

Wow, 30 million dollars worth? That's pretty sweet. Lots of "hidden" activity in the exchange!

That's the old Nygard project.

I wonder who owns the space now.

Do they own the entire square block?

I thought that they just owned the properties closer to Bertha St.

A different development company owns 120 and 128 James on that same block. Those properties are also under renovation as we speak...

^ I believe that 110 James is no longer getting the extra 2 metal siding clad floors added on top.

I think this is a good thing.
