Wow. You clearly are exaggerating here and desperately need to get your facts straight. Flooding, like that in 97, does not happen every year. The flooding in the RR Valley is usually minor. I know you are just saying this out of spite against Winnipeg. Maybe if Saskatchewan would have invested in a twinned highway to the US border this would have been accomplished years ago. However, both Manitoba and Alberta have the infrastructure in place to supply large scale highway use. However, I wish Saskatchewan all the best in this endeavour.
