This will be nice to have the wider sidewalk and barriers once this is completed. Walking up or down this access is one of the nicest walks in the city(urban area) Buts its nerve racking when a Bus come blowing past you. The barriers will help too, hopefully they will be something like the barriers they have along the kenilworth access refering to the ones with the texture on them.

Normally I hate barriers but this one is needed. Like you said if it's like the Kenilworth access then good.

We need more sidewalks on mountain access though.

great news about the sidewalks! but this doesn't solve the problem of getting up the jolley on a bike...
