I noticed today that they've already added another floor to the tower part. They said they would add a floor a week at this point, and it looks like they're doing it.

Spring on the left; Monarch, nearly complete, on the right. Taken from the pedestrian bridge:

From the north side:

If just downtown, not counting campus, that would be:

Spring: 2
Altavida: 1
Austonian: 2
Four Seasons: 1
La Vista on Lavaca: 1

I can't think of any more off the top of my head. W will add at least 1 more pretty soon. And there are a bunch more if you include campus area.

Great shots, priller. I'm liking the different colored glass.

A few older shots from 8/6.

Top of Spring and its crane poking above the Whole Foods HQ.

Zoomed.

An interesting view in the making.

From October 7th. I took this from where the pedestrian bridge extension will start. It will go over Cesar Chavez St and take pedestrians to the Gables area in front of the Spring.

I'm looking forward to that bridge extension. There should be some cool views down Cesar Chavez, especially once the Tom Green Water Plant project gets going.
