Small update.



I like the way the townhouses are shaping up. Very nice materials used. Looks like stone and limestone.

I think HG2 is officially my current Vancouver fave. Maybe 'cause it looks so 'Miami', but I love it. Now if only I had a few million to spare.

It's really impressive from street level, they did a great job with the marble and stonework on the podium. The lobby looks like it'll be pretty impressive too, with a big atrium as you walk in.
