This is officially 492 FT, or 150m. It just barely reached the skyscraper threshold.

Groundbreaking in march.

Glad to see it get started but hard to conceal my disappointment with the height cut.

Same here. The city could've sued the FAA, as I don't see how the flight paths go directly to TPA. A major bummer in my book!!!
