Awesome!!!

Need about three more towers on Broadway to make it the gateway to downtown San Antonio!!

Question: So is the proposed Jefferson Tower 10 or 12 stories???

They’ve started doing site demo already. If anyone lives at 1800 Broadway or Mosaic, take a good aerial pic and post it!

Appears that the project will be on the HDRC agenda for next Wednesday, so we should see some updated renderings and additional information this weekend when it is posted online. It's listed as 10 stories, though, vs. the 12 in the earlier newspaper article. (still ok in my book)

Here is the site plan posted to the HDRC's page. Unfortunately, there are no elevations to show us the building heights, but there are some renderings included that weren't posted in this thread. Maybe someone would like to do some screenshots of them and post them.

Just an observation:

If you look at pic of the Jefferson Memorial building in DC, kinda has that feel to it as well, with the columns....

looks great, I’m pleased with how they wrapped the retail all the way around.

Visually i’m happy with the covered arcade, and hopeful (despite my fears) that retail can be successful with this kind of design.
