The city paved Dundas St a few years ago, other than that, they haven't really done much. I think it's more the money the Leach and McLaughlin families have spent on 100 Kellogg that is bringing Hard Rock there.
Another business setting up in there is called Farmia Agritech. They are a "Hydroponic Vertical Farm". No idea how big a space they are taking up, or how many employees, but we delivered a tractor trailer load of equipment to them a few weeks ago. Smarter people than me can probably figure out their business from their website at
www.farmia.ca but the owner was very excited to be able to sell food that will be grown in their business in a few months. .
