This project is coming along well and is arguably turning into the best tower in the city.

Unfortunately for those of us in Saskatoon you are very correct.

Of course, Torontonians would line up for overpriced New York celebrity pizza.

That's just human nature.

People waited two hours for a freaking In N' out burger in Langley, BC last month. Hype culture will get certain people to wait or pay way more than they normal would for very average things.

I lined up for 3 hours to get on the newest Wonderland roller coaster when I was 18ish. It didn't feel like waiting for most of those 3 hours. I can relate to the teen blonde in the yellow shoes and her two buddies. The lone guy in the ball cap and grey hoodie is just depressing. He is clearly questioning his choice too.

Presumably, the 3 towers on Front are being occupied on a daily basis. Pizza and moving and waiting in line is a break from the chaos.

A construction site in Kingston. The only thing I know about this is what's on the sign in front of it.

Some beautiful Toronto projects - thanks for sharing Maldive. Always a big fan of the mid-rise terraced buildings there - not sure why they aren’t far more common across the country, especially in good weather cities.

It's partially open, with some of the stores operating. Parts are still under construction though.

Really looking forward to the Well. It's the most ambitious project Toronto built in the last decade, and the most ambitious real estate development project in Canada right now (maybe Oakridge would be at the same level).

It also pulls the centre of gravity west, establishing Spadina as a core downtown street. Spadina already is downtown, but it's kind of peripheral downtown. The Well is kind of to this part of Toronto what Rockefeller Center was the Midtown Manhattan in the 1930s.
