Outside of skyscrapers, the bridges are probably my favorite thing about the city. Not just for the variety, but for the way the city is "tied" together. Riding around the city at night, you can catch glimpses of one bridge or another, and they all seem to sparkle.

I live near the Hell Gate bridge and love it. Most people don't know that the Sydney Harbour Bridge's architect used it as his inspiration.
