I went there yesterday, the finishing are nice, but didnt really feel like it's a million dollar condo.

Last I heard, this one already had over $32 million in sales. Would be great to see this one get underway this year.

Just read an article this weekend putting them over the 40 million in sales mark, but then again that could be only a handful of units depending on which ones they sold.

That's still a good sign. It could also mean they've sold tons of them. The starting price is $1 million so it could be as many as 40 of them, and probably as low as 4. I'd put my money on around 25.

I thought I read this was 50% sold as of a couple months back. Really like these towers the more I see them.
