so we know they did a horrible job on the skyline view for this hotel. I mean they are going to have a great view of Hemisfair Park and the fireworks during New Years Parties!
But on another note, we need a 40 story hotel or Condo right there by the library/Fox Tech. This rendering just shows how amazing the view would be at that location!

That property is currently a parking lot. Maybe they accidentally used a rendering from a future Weston project.
Awesome! I'm sure someone will have a photo update for this one down the line but in the meantime here's that crane peeking out on the KSAT webcam (on the far left side)

Fixed it for ya. Next time when you post from Imgur just right click and copy the image address and then paste it into the photo box here. Thanks for the pic!
The one thing I love about this development is that it continues the development south.
I know that this can be controversial in that we can bring in the conversation about "gentrification", which is a real thing in San Antonio and around the country.
But as I look at other cities that focus on stretching their development to the suburbs. I think this development shows the strength of Southtown and hopeful "strategic" development south of downtown.
I know that you can technically put this development downtown. However, I do think that it is an anomaly of what goes on in other cities. I also know it's a smaller development, it doesn't constitute for much. But hopefully, it spurs the excitement of what continues to be Southtown.
