I think once the sales center is up, we will start to see more renderings to advertise the project and garner attention. Hopefully Q2.

Under Construction: Sales Center For Miami’s Tallest

Quote:
Construction is now underway on a sales office for the 300 Biscayne condo building, a source at developer PMG told The Next Miami.

The condo building set to become Miami’s tallest tower ever built, rising 88 stories, or 1,041 feet above ground. It will even be taller than the 93-story Empire World Towers once proposed for the same site

Previously, the developer has said that there will be about 500 luxury condos, with the building itself being designed by a starchitect. It will also be the first ever development entirely overseen by Deepak Chopra

The developer has said that 300 Biscayne’s 20,000 square-foot high-tech sales center will be an “unforgettable experience.”

Has one of the best chances of rising. Miami's 1st super tall for now. I do hope by Q4 2018/Q1 of 2019, we see the other super talls make progress on the ground.

Lots in the pipeline:

There's a certain almost redeeming handful of qualities in it that keeps me from mercilessly panning this into oblivion and beyond...

That said, let the site prep commence.

Sneak Peek: Sales Center For 300 Biscayne, Miami’s Next Tallest

Quote:
A sales center is under construction at the site where the 300 Biscayne supertall tower is planned.

The proposed 88-story tower is set to become the tallest in Florida, at 1,049 feet above sea level and 1,041 feet above ground.

It will include a five-star hotel, luxury condos, and a wellness spa that is only the second if its kind, according to a teaser website owned by the developers.

The design of the sales center itself is said to be unique, with 20,000 square feet of high-tech features never before seen in the market.

PMG and Greybrook Capital are the developers.

I don't really like the design, but whatever gets Miami its first supertall. Hopefully something more groundbreaking rises because of this.

Plus with the World Center rising, this extends the skyline northward into Midtown and provides more width and density. After all these developments are done, no one will argue that Miami has the largest skyline in the US after NYC and Chicago.

Title should be renamed:

MIAMI | 300 Biscayne | 1,041 FT | 88 FLOORS

88 floors which is missing and it's 1,041 ft. The extra 8 ft in the original 1,049 ft figure accounts for the 8 ft AMSL.

There's no denying it. 3rd it is, and if they complain, yah do a Joe Peshi on them. Afterwords, you tell them the facts. Tell them about the 1000+ high rises for metro Miami. Number 3 in the U.S. with regards to buildings 150m+ completed and number 4 in all of North America. The 9 super talls in the pipeline with pretty much 3 that are golden by 2019.
