While construction delay is common , but this project is ridiculously tardy. Guess T2 will have to 2020. Not so amazing at all …………

Very disappointing email to wake up to. I'm in construction and know how delays can happen but man, this is getting ridiculous.

Please don’t feel let down because I truly appreciate the hard work of all construction works who make TAB a reality . Think I am frustrated with the execution and planning who make so many changes. Construction team can only build as fast as what they were told to build. Wish the execution team can make up its mind!!!

I was hard pressed to find any deficiencies and those we did find were already noted by Shape. Balcony was just under 6 feet wide. Saw that there was two electrical plugs and a natural gas line out to the balcony. Was also impressed with the amount of storage space in the kitchen. Master bedroom looked a bit smaller than I imagined. Was told that completion date was likely to be mid to late October.
Any pictures to share?

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate (and know) a lot of the trades working and I've heard their frustration with the project up until now.

Based on the e-mails I've received yeah. There's a loading bay on P4, and parking on P5/6.

Thanks!
Nice that Sporting Life has those windows and they aren't blocked by ads/posters.

They filled the sign up top!
Are all the fences down and it's open to wander through?

[EDIT - not sure why it's not showing up]

The lack of attention to detail is still a bit of a shame, like using cheap spandrel in the protruding box. Otherwise the complex looks pretty spectacular.
