You have put Potala Tower in the construction phase.

It has a grading and shoring permit.

It also has an old MUP, but in order to build Potala Tower there is a "minor" MUP revision application and a MAJOR MUP revision application and neither of these is yet approved.

Potala Tower should therefore be put into the "Proposed" category rather than the under construction category until the approval is given and the appeal period has been closed. Until then, this tower is simply not approved for construction.

Some info for the first page: I think it is safe to say that second and Virginia (2015 second) is under construction and more debatable 2101 9th Ave. Walton Lofts look to be completed.
