Saw in an interview with Argos new President Michael Copeland that capacity for Argos games will be 27,600 plus standing room if needed

TFC averaged 23,451 last year......

So the question is who will have the higher average attendance this year?

TFC has twice as many home games though.

But I am asking Average....

Mid-week games are not the highest attended, and with the roof how many fans would have come out during the monsoon games, but it should be interesting

I would think both should be about 25K plus, but it will be interesting it Copeland and the Argos can get the interest they hope

BC Place in Vancouver will once again host a Canadian Mens Soccer Team World Cup qualifying match! This time against Mexico in March! Looks like we impressed the national team enough to host another game!!

I know. I meant that sometimes its difficult to sustain a higher average when a team plays more games. So some consideration should be given to the amount of games each team plays when lookin at avg attendance.

This could be a big one too! I think that the atmosphere will be pretty spectacular. It was great for Honduras, and Mexico is a much better team and the game will almost certainly have huge implications for qualification.

Got these sent to me. Here are some recent Regina stadium pics. Absolutely love how they are using the Tyndall stone predominant throughout thr stadium.

Why are you using the Blue Bombers' stone on the Roughriders' stadium??? Use your own stone, if you actually have any!!!

Every time I see an update on this I get a bit sadder, knowing we will never have anything as nice as that here in Calgary. I can definitely see attendance here sliding in the next few years.

You're right, we don't have any rocks/stones --- just gumbo. We need your Tyndall stone. Lol!

So for Moasic the roof is more for sun than anything else it is looking like. A lot of seats will be exposed.

There's still 1 more span, but yes, some of the low seats will be exposed. The largest consideration was to shield the wind though.
