Century Park is at one end of the LRT. The area around Jasper and 82nd St, near Stadium Station is another non-core cluster (though closer in to the core). Southgate/Empire Park also has some decent density with multifamily developments. Also Belvedere and the Ford Road area has some high rises.
Other clusters not on the LRT and away from Downtown-Oliver and University-Strathcona in Edmonton...
