Go to this page https://modernaustinresidences.com/views/ and then click on level 16 to see what an "intimate" view Modern residents will have of their neighbors to the west. Pretty funny.

I don't know what y'all are seeing on that floor. All I see are two construction workers a few floors down.

That's what one side of my apartment was like in China. We had north-facing and south-facing windows, which was pretty nice. The north-facing was across from another building, so we just made sure to keep the curtains closed at night. The south-side had a great view, which was awesome.

Fort Worth is taking over the container bar for SXSW this weekend, then Doc Martens moves in and then that’s a wrap for the place.

I'll be there this weekend! Both have been such a vibe for my friends and I and they will be greatly missed. Bungalow is relocating on Rainey still, right?

I like how the official groundbreaking was before the bars on the site had their final weekend goodbye party.

Does that even count as "moving dirt"...? It's a glorified sandbox at that point.

The ROW closure permit for this started yesterday. Has anyone been by the site to see how it looks since the bars closed a week ago?
