I'm constantly amazed that current electrical best practice is to just sh*t out conduit all over the slab in a giant rats nest and then embed it forever like that.

And that structure doesn't get pissed about a bond breaker between the top and bottom of the slab thickness, especially right at the elevator core.

That's the Good Ol' Height Plane in action for you. Love that guy!!!

The design so far certainly looks more coherent that Moon, without the random patters and mix of all materials used on every façade. Much cleaner and concise. Certainly Claridge's best effort on that stretch of Rideau.

This one is coming out nice honestly. I just wish they'd raise height limitations off Rideau, that area and Albert should be acceptable for more height..

I'm perplexed with this one. Seems different than the renders, so far it's looking pretty good and sleek but not sure what to expect when it's done.

It's like I'm waiting for the curveball...

Always looking forward to those. Would be nice to see some updated aerials of Zibi and the two projects on Parkdale in Mechanicsville

Woohoo! The lack of update pictures in January was contributing to my winter blues as of late

Looking forward to it, thanks so much Harley!

It's also funny how we have added thousands of residential units to Rideau and neighbouring properties just off it, are about to start doing the same to Montreal Road, and yet have no plan to improve transit, do stupid things to make limited bus transit even worse, and have every idea for possibly improving transit even a little bit shot down in flames.

While proposals along Stage 3 are suburban retail surrounded by parking, industrial with a high amount of parking and townhomes.

"Let's put transit in communities that are least likely to use it ! That will increase profits, right??"

Seriously, how are they not considering making another line from Rideau through to the new Montreal station? From a profit perspective, it just makes the most sense.
