This project is going under the radar somewhat but it's actually pretty amazing. It's one of the three most significant current projects imo (along with CITC and FMC) and will drastically alter the skyline and view of the city from certain angles, particularly when viewed from the south.

Well it is a hospital. Because med-types love to financially rape us, they have the means by which they don't waste any time in expanding their facilities.
Otherwise, it's always fun to watch a city skyline grow at a good clip.

? It's not a hospital it's a research facility. A place where CHOP can "rape us" with their world leading research on topics like ending childhood cancer.

I'm assuming due to the floor height that the main lobby/entrance is that first floor above the white-steel portion. Would that be Floor 1 of 23? Or are we including the additional levels below that which take the building all the way down to river level as well?

almost halfway up on the steel- very nice. This is way ahead of projects that started in the same timeframe in spite of the considerable amount of site prep that went into this project.
