Anyone notice anything happening on this one lately?

I've heard there's some issue with a contractor... anyone know anything?

Southwest is now administering the project themselves. If you look at the site, all the EllisDon branding/signage is gone - replaced with Southwest.

The webcam for this project has been offline for the past few weeks. Could someone give an update (even a one sentence update would be good).

Are they above Hollis Street yet?

Any news would be appreciated.

I went by on the bus today and there's some rebar that I think is above Hollis. I imagine the plywood formwork will be done soon.

They better not spread themselves too thin; it could slow things down; that would never do.

I worry that the webcam thing is indicative of problems/delays in the development. Haven't noticed much difference there lately. Hmmm

Thanks for the information. The 3 guys haven't moved an inch .

At least we can see the progress up to today.

I drove by last evening and the rebar from the columns is poking above Hollis. There is a floor plate poured that appears to be at about street level.

Hopefully once they get above the irregular floors of the parking levels, and they can use more standard concrete forms, then the progress will be much quicker.

I really like this development. Like the Roy, I think it is *essential* to the future of Barrington, and part of the reason why retailers like Urban Outfitters have gambled on the future of this part of the street. Get it built and get it filled with people.

I saw the crane moving around one afternoon. I assume something was happening. As for these pictures though. Hello (echo). Is anyone in there?

The pictures were taken on Sunday afternoon, hence the sight being deserted.

I just walked by there tonight and things are really progressing. Downtown is going to be amazing once all these developments are finished.

But does anyone know what's going on the vacant lot right across the street in the foreground above? There didn't seem to be much happening there but that lot has simply got to go.
