She looks to be topped out from a floor basis (still some core to go).

I was thinking that too.

Not much of a mechanical penthouse from these elevations.
I don't see the setback for the residential penthouse level (I guess the plans could have changed).

It's a trifecta... although the Grace is criticized for its silly ornamentation.. the gargoyles, etc... it actually is a handsome building from afar. This tower though...

Nice little cluster forming.
Charleson may be a bit taller according to the thread title.

Then there'll be a second cluster on the west side of Granville Bridge.

Here are some high-resolution photos from a week ago. I just love how sleek and tall this tower is and the surrounding streetscape is starting to get dense. It is so refreshing to have 40-floor towers punch through Yaletown's 25-floor tabletop. I just hope the architecture would be a bit more refined.

Richard Street is beginning to have some urban canyon vibes.

501 is easily the best of the bunch in that first photo. You could buy a condo at 501 for 100 k back when it was first built.

Few more photos of this skinny tower. I absolutely love how tall it appears in person due to its skinny and sleek profile. I so hope they would have gone with the original color scheme to bring it more to life.
