^^^wow, it does look really sweet from above. Woodwards ain't too shabby from up there either. This shot would look especially beautiful if they ever get the soccer stadium done. Thanks for posting them

Thanks for posting those great pics Delirium. I can't wait to see those same views during Olympic coverage flyovers. The city will be looking pretty sexy methinks.

At least it looks interesting from one angle... it doesn't stand out at all during my commute on the seabus every day. Tourists comment on everything they see going back and forth (even that tiny waterfront park on the east side) but I've never heard anyone mention it.

It slightly reminds me of the convention centre in Hong Kong. I'd like to see pictures of them side by side.

They've starting to plant the second part of the roof today.

Also appears that they will be closing up the current path to the seawall and opening up a section of the grand staircase shortly, they have installed the fencing for it.

^That's great. I've been itching to check out that staircase. Any idea if the water feature will be functional upon opening of the stairs?

Awesome update Delirium. I'm starting to like the wooden slats on the exterior ceiling. And it also looks like storefronts are taking shape along the perimeter of the building.

Great updates Delirium. It's funny, I've seen that same little barge there a year or two back. It definitely had a car on it and some kind of artificial turf though I can't recall if it was a nice putting green like that. Most likely it was the exact same thing.

I can't quite make out what it says on the barge. Is it some sort of publicity stunt for selling cars?
