Indeed, I do recall there being issues and lawsuits surrounding the land swap.
I just find this alarming.
This isn't a massive project. Its not particularly special. But it will still take 7 years to deliver 200 units (guessing).
I would be curious to know the average time between rezoning and completion in the City.
